Antonio Guida studied at the prestigious University Federico II in Naples, and in 1976 became a lawyer. He is a Cassationist lawyer since 1990.
He mainly carried out his professional activity in the field of Administrative Law, and in particular of Urban Planning and Procurement. He is a consultant for numerous public bodies.
He held the public offices of Provincial Councilor, from 1975 to 1990, and Vice-President of the Province of Campobasso. He was a member of the Commission for the Molise Self-Reformation and of the Committee of Guarantors of the Molise Region. From 2002 to 2004 he was also a member of the Commission for the transformation of ERIM into the Molise Acque Company.
Antonio Guida is also an auditor; for this reason, he was Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors of the Banca Molisana di Credito Cooperativo di Colletorto from 1982 to 2006, and today he is a member of the Board of Auditors of the ESU.
