Alessandro Di Marco Sbaraglia
Alessandro Di Marco Sbaraglia graduated from the University of Teramo with a thesis in civil law titled “The Internal Trust: discipline and transcription profiles”. Lately he achieved a specialization at the same university in strategically important subjects in the business and technology.
Before joining Guida&Associates he worked at the international law firm Simons in Munich, practicing in the fields of International Trade Law, International Economics Law, Company Law and Private International Law.
He worked as a consultant at the Notary Office of Dr. Di Marco in Teramo, dealing with matters of commercial, notarial, civil, and inheritance law.
Alessandro is mainly concerned with civil law – with particular focus in the field of trusts- and inheritance law, as well as commercial and corporate law, both out-of-court and judicial.
Alessandro speaks Italian and English.
